The app asks for no registration, has no sign-in, and we keep no database about you. No e-mail, phone number, name or address is requested, no advertising identifiers are used, and no third-party analytics is built in.
Your situation profile (autonomous community, age, household members, income, work situation, housing, vehicle, electricity contract), your personal dates, your deadlines, your paperwork progress, your claim cases, your conversations with the assistant and the photos of documents you scan are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. Nothing is synced to a server of ours.

Your name and any personal identifier are not part of that request.The service keeps technical logs to spot abuse and failures: timestamp, truncated IP address, which endpoint was called, and whether the call succeeded. The content of your questions and your images is not stored. The hosting platform (Cloudflare) may retain its own technical logs under its terms.
Deadline reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They do not pass through any server, and the app is fully usable if you decline notification permission.
The app is aimed at people managing their own paperwork. It is not designed for under-16s and we do not knowingly collect their data.
You may exercise access, rectification, objection, portability and erasure under the GDPR. Since the personal information lives on your phone and we hold none of it, in practice you exercise those rights in the app's settings. If you still want to ask us something, write to support@ausalert.xyz and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
If this policy changes it is updated here and the version date moves forward. The app does not interrupt you about it.
