It is a tool that helps you organise paperwork: which benefits fit your profile, what steps a procedure has, when something is due, and how to climb the rungs of a complaint. It is not tax, labour or legal advice, it does not file anything for you, it does not book appointments for you, and it has no affiliation with any public administration.
The app ships a catalogue of entries about benefits, procedures and complaint routes, written from texts published in the BOE (the Spanish official gazette), electronic administration offices and official portals. Every entry shows its source and the date it was last checked.
Part of the catalogue is marked “sin validar por experto” — not yet validated by an expert. It was translated and summarised by us from official text and has not been reviewed by someone who handles it professionally every day. Before acting on an amount or a deadline, verify it at the linked source or by calling 060.
Rules change, and deadlines depend on your concrete situation (notification date, municipal registration, income). Nothing in the app overrides what the competent body tells you.
Amounts, requirements and due dates are computed on your device by fixed rules. The explanatory text in the assistant and the reading of a document photo come from a language model, which can be wrong: that is why every answer is labelled with its origin and its sources, and no figure is produced by the model.
The app is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of outcome. Using it is your choice and it is verifiable: within the limits Spanish law allows, the developer is not liable if you file something out of time or miss a benefit because of what the app said. We are not responsible for third-party decisions (administrations, telecoms operators, banks) or for their websites being down.
The assistant uses a small cloud service that is only contacted when you ask something or request that a document photo be read. It may be limited or withdrawn at any time; the app remains useful without it, because the calculation is local. Status: GET /health.
